Air source leads for MCS installers

Win air source installs without the price war. One installer per area.

We run the ads. Every homeowner clears a survey first, so tenants and unsuitable homes never reach you. If your area is open, pre-qualified leads land in your pipeline within 7 days, exclusively yours. Built by an engineer who watched his own brother get burned by lead sellers.

You already know how this goes

The lead-seller playbook
costs installers a fortune.

We built the opposite of it. See how many of these you recognise.

You buy a “hot” enquiry. So do three or four firms down the road. Now you're all racing the same homeowner to the lowest price.

£60, £100, £150. Gone before you've even got them on the phone. Half don't answer. Some were never real.

The “lead” is a tenant, a flat with nowhere for a unit, or someone who just wanted a figure for their spreadsheet.

The same enquiry gets recycled and re-sold to you weeks later, dressed up as fresh.

And to get any of it, you signed a contract that holds your account hostage the moment you try to leave.

Meanwhile the grant now comes off your quote upfront, so your cash is tied up waiting on Ofgem while you pay for duds.

The One-Installer Match

One enquiry.
Qualified before it reaches you.

Three things make this different, and they're the three a marketing agency can't fake.

01 / Exclusive

Never shared

Every enquiry goes to one installer in that area: you. Never sold on, never shared. Not the small-print “exclusive” where a broker quietly bought it from a pool five other firms also drew from. One lead, one installer. That is genuine scarcity, not a sales tactic: it is the only thing that stops the race to the bottom.

02 / Qualified

Filtered at source

Before it reaches you, the homeowner completes a full survey: ownership, property, fuel, outdoor space, timeframe. Tenants and unsuitable homes are screened out, and you only pay for the ones that clear it. And we validate the phone number. If it’s dead or false, we replace the lead free.

03 / Real

Built by an engineer

Not an agency that discovered heat pumps last year. Built by an engineer with 16 years on the tools, and proven on a working MCS install business in Suffolk before a single lead was ever sold.

Same market. Opposite model.

What changes when you switch

The usual way

  • × Sold to 3 to 5 firms at once
  • × Pay upfront for every enquiry
  • × Aged leads recycled as “fresh”
  • × Tied into a contract
  • × Built by marketers

With Nebelli

  • One installer per area, never shared
  • Pay only for leads that pass the survey
  • First-party data, never recycled
  • No contract, cancel any time
  • Built by an engineer, run with an installer
How the match works

Four steps.
You only join at the end.

Step 01

We find the homeowner

Our ads, our landing page, our survey, our ad spend, all under our own heat-pump funnel. You don't lift a finger or risk a penny on marketing.

Step 02

The survey filters

Most enquiries never make it through. The ones that do own the home, burn the right fuel, have somewhere to put the unit and have asked for a quote. No wasted van journeys, no dead-end surveys.

Step 03

You get it first, and only you

The moment it clears the survey, it lands with one installer, straight to your phone or CRM. No race, no five-way quote war. Call it within minutes rather than hours and you will reach far more of them while the interest is still hot.

Step 04

You pay for what passed

Only for the leads that cleared the survey. No contract keeping you in. And if a number’s dead or false, we replace it free.

Proven

Proven on a
real install book.

We ran this with an MCS installer in Suffolk, on an off-grid oil and LPG patch, before opening it to anyone else.

Every enquiry was survey-qualified first, so the tenants and the unsuitable were filtered out before he ever saw them. What reached him converted.

Now we're opening a handful of new areas, one installer to each.

Qualified at source. That's why the leads convert, and the duds never reach you in the first place.
No surprises on the bill

What counts as a lead
we'll charge you for

A lead only reaches you, and only appears on your bill, if it clears every one of these.

  • A homeowner, not a tenant
  • A property with space for an outdoor unit
  • On oil, LPG, gas or electric heating, matched to the right grant
  • Fresh today, never an aged lead re-sold months later
  • Contactable details, captured with consent
  • In your area, and yours alone

Miss one of those and it is not a lead. It never reaches you, and you never see it on an invoice.

How pricing works

No number games.
No nasty surprises.

The exact per-lead figure depends on fuel type and your area, and we give it to you straight when we talk. Here's the shape of the deal.

One air source heat pump install is £8,000 to £14,000 of work on your books. Put an exclusive, survey-qualified lead next to a number like that, and it's the cheapest, safest customer you'll ever win.

Pay per lead

Only for qualified

No join fee. No monthly retainer. You are billed per lead, only for the ones that cleared the survey, and nothing else ever appears on the invoice. If a phone number turns out dead or false, that one is replaced free.

Exclusive

One per area

Your leads are never shared, never resold, never recycled. One installer per patch means no race to the bottom. The price you win at is your price, not the lowest of five quotes.

Flexible

A fair first test

Your first order is 15 leads from search, or 50 from social. Search leads come from homeowners already hunting for a heat pump, so fewer give you a fair read. Social costs less and lets us pinpoint the off-grid villages where the oil and LPG homes actually are, but it needs a bigger batch to judge honestly. After that: more when you have the crews, less when you're full, pause any time. No join fee, no monthly fee, no contract.

Why this exists

Built by an engineer.
Run with an installer.

I spent 16 years as an engineer before I ever touched marketing. My brother runs an MCS-certified air source heat pump firm in Suffolk, and I watched him do everything right (proper heat-loss calcs, clean installs, happy customers) and still hand money to lead sellers for enquiries that were tenants, time-wasters, or already sold to three rivals undercutting him.

So I built the funnel that fixes it, and ran it on his business first. Only once it worked for him did I open it up: one installer per area, no contract, and you only pay for the leads that pass.

  • An engineer's habit: measure it, fix the cause, do not sell the symptom
  • I build and run the funnel myself, so you talk to the person who made it
  • Proven on a real install book before I sold a single lead
  • Air source only. I do one thing, properly.
“This is the deal I'd have wanted for my brother. If it's not right for you, you walk. No contract, no account held hostage.”

The questions every burned installer asks

How is this different from the comparison sites?+
A comparison site takes one homeowner's details and sells them to several installers, who then fight each other on price. That is their business model, not a fault. We do the opposite: one enquiry, matched to one installer in that area, and only after it has cleared a survey. You are not one of five quotes. You are the only one.
What does it cost?+
No join fee, no monthly fee, no contract. You pay per lead, but only for leads that pass our survey. The figure depends on fuel type, area and lead source, so we go through it properly on a quick call rather than firing a number at you cold. Check your area first and we'll take it from there.
What if a number’s dead or false?+
We replace it free. Every lead is survey-qualified before it reaches you and we validate the phone number, so this is rare, but if a number turns out dead, disconnected or false, tell us within a few working days and we swap it or credit you. To be straight: we don’t refund leads that simply don’t convert or aren’t ready. The survey does the qualifying, the closing is yours.
How many leads will I get?+
Honest answer: it depends on your area and how much we're spending there. We'd rather send you a handful of real jobs than flood you with tyre-kickers to hit a number. If we can't supply your area yet, we'll say so.
Do I have to sign a contract?+
No. Cancel any time. If it isn't working for you, you stop. No exit clause, no account held hostage.
Where does the data come from, and is it GDPR-clean?+
Every enquiry is generated and captured under our own name and consent (Nebelli Ltd, ICO-registered), first-party. Never scraped, never bought from a list, never recycled. The homeowner knows they're being matched to one local installer.
Do you supply ground source or hybrid leads?+
Not right now. Every lead we generate is air source, because that's where the grant volume is and it's what we've proven. If you fit ground source or hybrids too, say so on the call and we'll flag you first as we expand.
Do I need to be MCS-certified?+
Yes. We only match homeowners to MCS-certified firms for air source heat pumps. It's the promise we make on the consumer side, and the one thing we won't bend on. It also means the homeowners we send want a properly certified job done right, not the cheapest quote from a chuck-in-a-truck outfit, so you're not dragged into a price war with cowboys. If you're mid-application, tell us and we'll hold your area.
